Navapw32 error

While on the net. I get the message navapw32 and it tells me the program has perfomed an illegal operation and will shutdown. The computer then kicks me out of the internet and restarts. I tried downloading the adware and spyware from the datadoctors website but evertime I go to download it it gives me the message and restarts. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing windows but it does the same. What comes next maybe a 12gauge to it.

That error that you are seeing is not an operating system error, it belongs to Norton Antivirus program, you may need to reinstall the Norton Antivirus Program.
