Errors and no access?

HELP!!

THIS IS WHAT MY ERRORS SAYS: " WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE SPECIFIED PATH OR FILE.YOU MAT NOT HAVE APPROPRIATE PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE ITEM"

AND "Dd help has caused an error in Gd/exe Dd help will clode try to retart

among other alerts -i cannot get into anything -no control panal -no sytem retore -i am lost

ANY ATTENTION IN THIS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

The best way to deal with this is to boot up from your Windows CD, and perform a system repair.
