Gateway monitor flickers

A friend of mine has a Gateway monitor model FPD 1520 which is about two years old. When

this monitor is connected to his Gateway tower it flickers constantly. When I connect this monitor

to my HP tower it flickers occasionally. What could be the problem? Gateway support is of no

help. Thanks.

You need to check to make sure that the video board and drivers support this Gateway monitor Goto to control panel, click on display icon, settings tab, and click on the advanced button Then go to Adapter tab and click on the properties button Then go to the driver tab and click on driver details You should be able to update the video drivers from here Also Gateway should have the drivers on their website, if not contact their tech support.
