I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2004. Since that time I have been unable to access Outlook Express 6.0 on my computer. The following message appears "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close". After the error message transmit's back to Microsoft for this problem I read that the problem is with the Norton AntiSpam. I have turned off the antispam feature but I receive the same error message. Any ideas on this? Thanks for the assistance.
