Why my former frozen computer won't work?

what issues arise when new unused system is stored 2 years at normal temp and at sustained 2 weeks and more below freeze temps?i bought seven such and none of them start after 30 hrs. acclimatization. any thoughts??

At cold temps, water vapor found in air can condesate on the various parts in your machine corroding metalic surfaces like the traces on a circuit board or just cause shorts Hope this helps.
