CPU or virus

When clicking on anything in the taskbar it doesn't work straight away, sometimes not at all, and sometimes in 5 minutes time. What is wrong?

You havn't specify your CPU speed, but it can be the CPU or a virus is on your hard drive it doesn't matter if you got one gig of memory
