I have Office 2000 and use Word all the time. I just opened a document and wanted to change the font to Times New Roman, which I use on all my document, and it is not in the choices for the fonts anymore. I did find it in the fonts in the Control Panel Fonts. how can I get it back to the Word program. Also, how would I have lost it from Word in the first place?

Thanks

Ned Chappell

WELL, SIMPLY COPY THE FONT FILE TO THE DIRECTORY IN WORD 2000 THAT HOLDS THEM HOW IT GOT LOST IS A MYSTERY(ACTUALLY TOO MANY THINGS TO MENTION, BUT IT COULD BE A FILE CORRUPTION(from sHUTTING OFF RATHER THAN SHUTTING DOWN), ACCIDENTAL DELETION, OR YOUMOVED THE PROGRAM BUT DIDN'T UPDATE THE PATHS.)
