How to uninstall programs?

My nephew has downloaded a Kazaa program onto my father-in-law's computer and we can't get the program totally out. Do you have any suggestions on how to do this?

Open ther control panel click on add remove programs select the Kazaa and clicl remove that should uninstalled from you computer
