Shutting down Win 98?

Hai,

Can u help me?????

I am calling from India.My PC is not shutting down, instead it restarts when i click startmenu-->shutdown.The OS is Win 98 SE.PIII Intel,Home PC.

The problem could be corrupt files, you may need to run Win 98 setup from your CD while in windows to repair and incorrect files
