The Kernel32.dll file is a 32-bit dynamic link library file This error message can be seen if the following are damaged:
Damaged swap file
File allocation damage
Damaged password list
Damaged or incorrect version of the Kernel32.dll file
Damaged registry
You can restart your computer and hit the F8 key and select safemode and see if that may help you By selecting safemode, helps to restore corrupted files.
Good Luck!
