How can I change my defaults or options so that when selecting any HTML address in Outlook or Word, Internet Explorer will be used (not Netscape) to view the address.

First which do u have internet explorer, netscape or both because when you open an html program if it has extension HTML it will only open with internet explorer not netscape if you have any html programs you have created make sure the extension is .html if it is open internet explorer and click on file, open, browse for your file the exe already says HTML files go to the HTML you want to open and click and the file should open with internet explorer.
