Outlook toolbar isn't showing

When I open OE to look or send mail, my toolbar is not showing. I have to manualy put it up. This has been going on for awhile now. It is not a major problem, but it is not how it should be.

Well when you open up Outlook Express click on the View menu, then on Layout In there click the outlook bar or any other thing that you would like not hiden.
