Why I'm I getting a blue screen?

When I attempted to start my computer it simply clicks on off nonstop until a screen pops up and says pri atapi incompatible i just got this computer a few days ago and it was working fine until I got a blue screen and then it never restarted .. i have formatted my hardrive yet it still does the same thing ...

You need to check your nic card, it is probably damaged Or check your video card for it might have a resolution problem You can also run check-disk to diagnose the problem.
