My computer won't start?

HELLO I NEED HELP IN A BAD WAY I UPADTED THIS COMPUTER FOR MY SISTER AND WHEN I WENT TO RESTART IT IT WILL NOT LOAD ANYTHING AND I AM THINKING IT IS THE MOTHEBOARD IN IT.. ..WHAT DO YOU THINK IT MAY BE HOPE YOU CAN HELP

When you make some updates or downloads make sure you take a look at system requirements before the update or download process takes place Since it doesnt even restart you will need to go into safe mode and undo the update from there You should be a able to access your pc after that.
