The mouse moves erraticaly and by itself. When checking e-mail in the AT&T website, the screen started moving up and down. It also happened when I opened the computer antivirus program Kaspersky. When the computer is idle, the mouse moves in and out of the screen. I changed the mouse already. Same problem. Re-started the comuter no results. The computer is part of a small business network (12 stations). There is an FTP program running most of the time but even when the program is closed, the mouse still moves. No other computer has problems.

Could you help me?

Thank you

Rocio

You may have one of the two, or both You could have dirt from your mouse pad clogging rollers inside your mouse, if that's the case then you need to clean you mouse But if you said that you changed the mouse then the problem is with the video card If that is the case then you need to change the video card
