My Computer runs very slow, after reformatting, I've done everything to update it and it still moves like a donkey. I dont know if its my actual internal parts that are messed up or not. In the ctrl+alt+del panel, it has processe, and at the bottom, it has System idle speed. I was wondering if you end that process then will your computer speed up?

You might just need to increase the amount of RAM you have in system.
Check to see how much memory space you have available, then check to see if you motherboard has the space to accept another stick of RAM.
If so, you might want to increase your memory by introducing another stick of RAM.
