On random occasions, our computer will restart by itself. It does not matter what we are doing at the time. We can be activelyworking or not working or anything else. The only message we get is that it was caused by a device driver. I have asked the store where I purchased the computer. All of my drivers are supposed to be up to date. If I knew what driver, I could get a version that works. We can go for a week without something happening or have it occur many times in one day. Please give me some advice on where to look for the problem or what I could do.

The computer may be restarting for many reasons It could be that you need more RAM in your pc, it could also be that you have to many things stored on your harddrive and that causes the computer to slow down freeze and restart, and it could also be that you are running too many programs at one time, you may need to upgrade for the problem to stop.
