Remove power supply found it wired)

computer won't turn on, no lights, no sound, nothing. Rebuild system based on a Dell system. After reading various postings on the subject I decided to attempt to remove power supply, but found it wired to numerous internal componets. , so I'm reluctant to attempt to remove it. I'm handy, but thought it would be fairly simple to remove and replace. Are my finding routine or does the wiring set up indicative of a hobbiest wiring job (more involved then routinely done.)

Check all connections first make sure that theres nothing lose but If your going to remove the power supply It's just a matter of labling the wires and the coresponding connection so you can remember were they go! And do be carefull.
