How do I get my canon printer to work on Win XP?

how do i get my cannon multipass printer to work on windows xp? Is there a cd for it?

If you have the drivers for the printer, which is on a CD, then you need to install the drivers onto your computer.

Now, Win 9x and better are Plug N Play compliant, so Win XP should have been able to locate the drivers for your printer in its database.

However, since that did not happen, you should be able to install the drivers for that printer onto your computer, as long as you have the drivers.
