Are my e-mail offers legitimate?

How do I know if the E-mail I get are legitimate or not....Im getting a lot of offers but I dont know if they are true or not..please help

Hello there, well all I can say is if its spam its a scam Because quite frankly business dont use spam as a marketing tool, so there is your answer.
