Problems with hotmail

I am able to get into my hotmail and read my messages and even type back a reply. However, I am unable to send. When I hit the send button, nothing happens. The little flag in the right hand corner does not move, and it says error on page at the bottom. Also, my toolbar with the font, size, emoticons, etc. will not show up. So, if you respond to this email, I will be able to read it, but not reply. Thanks for your time and effort.

Sounds like the company that produces hotmail is having problems with their system i suggest e-mailing them about the problem with a different account try using a different hotmail account to see if it works better then your original if not than hotmail is experienceing problems just have to wait and see if it clears up on its own .
