When I bootup a Windows Explorer window is automatically launched. I`ve tried to track down the cause (looked in registry under `run`, tryed a few tweak utils like `StartED`) but have been unable to find anything. It`s a minor inconvenience but I would like to get rid of it. Thanks.

The reason windows is automatically launching internet explorer at startup is because in your startup folder you probably have a shortcut for internet explorer Any shortcut that is in your startup folder will start that program when you bootup To remove just go to start, then program then startup and right-click the shortcut and delete it.
