If u have the Norton Antivirus CD uninstall the original and put the Norton antivirus CD in the cd-rom drive and follow the step by step procedures to reinstall the software if you have downloaded the antivirus from the internet then uninstall the original and download it again from the internet but be careful with what you download a virus could follow.
