Formating sounds like a good idea maybe you have deleted an important file when formatting if you have any important files on your computer that you dont want to delete formatting the computer will bring the computer back to its original state like when you brought it it will have only the original files and none of your documents try this when your computer is in the start up procedure press F5 on your keyboard a few options will appear choose safemode this should start up yout computer in a state so that you can scan the computer for any problems or u can choose the option of starting the computer in its normal state if these ideas dont work them reformat you computer you will lose all your save files you had on the computer but the computer will be fixed.
