How to install a video card?

sometimes my computer reboots after i boot it up just as its done loading the os. sometimes it reboots when its just sitting on and im not doing anything on it and sometimes it does it when im playing games. i had error messages come up about the video card i cant rember what it said but it said that it was makeing it do it.
