CD-RW door opens automatically.Why does this happen and how can it be stopped?

My CD-RW door opens and closes all by itself without command. Do you have any idea why it started doing this and what I need to do to make it quit.......Thank You

One may need to check the button that is located on the CD-RW door and see if it is pressed in If it is, you can take a wooden toothpick (this way you avoid any metal contact); and clean around the button dislodging any dirt particles that may be causing the CD-RW door to open automatically (Isabel Garmendiz)
