How to delete icons?

How do I remove those icons from my system tray in Windows XP?

This question was answered on February 4, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

you have to go to the start up menu go to find files and programs and then you have to type the name of the icon that is on your system tray The releated files will come up then you read them carefully and delete the one that have the same name as your icon then up the delete the icon and the one on the startup menu as well.
