How do i open a zipped file with a password?

i zipped a file and set a password and have forgotten the password. How can i get round this?

There are sevral prgrams that will attempt at "guessing" the password with a high probablilty of sucsess try http://www.zipcure.com/zippasswordcracker.html they have a free trial follow the instructions and it may be usefull.
