Well to tell you the truth it is hard to get rid of viruses the best way is reformat your hard drive in which all your original files are deletedand replace with new ones the virus is apart of the old files so it will be deleted with them when you reformat your harddrive there is also the option of deleteing the program the virus has currubted but if that file is important and you cant replace you are going to have another problem to deal with trust me even though reformat is a last option because it deletes all your save files it should be used inorder to fix your computer of all its software problems.
