Reboots when when using Outlook express

After a format of my HD I installed Win2000 Pro. The PC spontaniously reboots when scrolling in IE6. Also reboots occur when using Outlook Express.

All Windows updates have been done.

Please help.

There are some conflicts with the outlook express.What you can do if you have outlook express on a cd, Uninstall and reinstall the program To do this, go into control panel and select "add/remove program" and then select Outlook express and select remove When you finished, restart your computer and install outlook express.
