I file must have been deleted or currubted that helps start up your windows try to restart your computer and press F5 your computer will go into save mode if that doesnt work then it sounds like your going to have to reformat your harddrive in order to fix windows your saved files will be deleted but all the original files which startup your computer will be restored to new and windows should be operational again.
