OK, my problem is very hard, and even computer specialist couldnt help me.

When i insert a disk onto my floppy, and load the computer it loads normally. But when it gets to where it says, "start dos with cd -rom support...." i click on that and then the computer freezes/stops after the fist message, which is the manufacturer of the cd-rom. ANy help will be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming you are using a boot disk The bootdisk will bring you up to the command prompt so that you can troubleshoot and restore the operating system The reason it stop is because it cannot find the boot file fronm the master boot record The files are corrupted or missing Secondly, it prompted you to insert the CD to restore those files If you cannot have to work, then try to reinstall the operating system.

Good Luck!
