Blue screen appeared on my computer. Why?

HI EVERY TIME I'M USING MY COMPUTER A BLUE BOX CONTINUALLY APPEARS ON MY SCREEN HEADED RUNDLL AND IN THE BOX SAY'S ERROR LOADING C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\CNBABE.DLL. THE SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND...HOW DO I STOP THIS APPEARING PLEASE.

It seems like an application file is corrupted You need to restart your computer and hit "F8" key and select "safe Mode" By doing this, it will reset all the configuration files and may help you to solve this problem.
