What does it mean nero 6.3 and changing the settings ?

What does it means when I am using Nero 6.3 and changing the reading and writing speed and saving the changes, I get the error message : Nero InfoTool Application error

Nero is a program (software) were you can copy music and data into a cd is a system that helps you download music and by changing that settings you will recieve the message of error cause your not suppose to.
