This is very simple depending on your file system If you are using FAT 16 or FAT 32, you can easily boot up from a windows 2000 boot disk and delete the SAM folder in C:\Windows\System32 SAM folder stands for Security Account Manager This stores account profiles with their corresponding passwords If you delete this folder then there will be no password and no user So you can log in as Administrator without the password
The problem is if you are using NTFS as your file system If you are NTFS won't let you delete this folder because it protects if from other people modifying it such as hackers
