Does XP have a disk maintenance program?

i can't find the maintance program that is DiskScan that i had on my other computers. i have disk defrag. but not diskscan doesn't Xp have this program?

If you go to Programs, go to Accessories, go to System Tools, then click on

"Disk Cleanup", I believe this is the same program for Win 2x and above.
