How to fix cd player error that says insert cd?

When I first start up my computer after reformatting ,the cd rw runs ok.

But after I've installed xp for a while, it recognises the cd player yet it keep

saying insert disk even though the disk is in player.

But the DVD plays ok.

That's a problem with most people and I think that microsoft has not yet fixed that bug I hope they fix it fast, If it pops up a window saying to report the error click send so you can notify microsoft of the problem, and get it fixed hopefully Also if you haven't updated windows try to do that and maybe you might not get that error again Other then that I don't know what to tell you Hope you get the problem fixed.
