The ATI-All-In-Wonder 9700 has a ghost image comming out of it. It isn't in the monitor, because when I switch to the older computer on the hub there is no ghost image on the monitor. The image looks like a long moving trail moving from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen. It is a ribbon less than one half inch wide. This happens at 60 Hz. If I use the regular high refresh rate of 85 Hz the flowing ribbon turns to looking like rain. On first boot up it won't be seen, until the screen saver comes on, and then it won't go away. I thought of unwanted radio frequency signals and may use the mother boards CMOS to turn on EMI reduction. Can you please offer help?
