How to get rid of error?

Hi...I have a error screen popup everytime I want to go anywhere on my computer. The error is: RUNDLL "C\WINDOWS\system\btiein.dll,download". Can you please help me get error off my computer?

What is most likely giving you this error message is either a virus or spyware in your computer You need to scan your computer with anti-virus software, like norton If it is not a virus you can download a free program called Spyboy Search and Destroy this will remove any spyware in your system Another good program is Ad-aware 6.0 Both programs can be downloaded for free on www.download.com
