ok I have two quesions:

#1: Everytime I open certain applications such as games and other interactive applications like Kazaa my computer makes this awful niose after a little bit. Its a high pitched beeping. Like it doesn't like the applications. It comes not only from the external speakers but also from the internal speakers from the tower. Once the application has been closed the beeping eventually stops. What is causing this and how can I fix it?

#2: My second problem is when I connect my DSL after a little bit of being online my screen flickers and goes to a blue screen and says beginning dump of physical memory and the only way to get out of the blue screen is to push the restart button on the tower. Are these two problems related and what is going on?
