What is runtime error 91?

a runtime error '91' occurs when trying to connect to server can not connect to sever

The Requester cannot establish a session with the server Either the server has not been started for the device controlling the requested file, or the server is not active Verify that server is active on the server to which the device has been redirected, and that the server is active.
