What is wrong with the font on the sites?

When I go online all the characters and writing on websites are too small to read, but only when I am online. I thought I was low on memory so I added another 128MB and my hard drive still has 4.03GB of free space.

Check if you change the font in the properties or go to the control panel and go to the display and change the properties in appearance.
