What can be the problem?

halo, i am from singapore, i got a big problem.

after i get my adsl modem and install it, whenever i get online,

after a few mins, it appear

'Generic Host Process for Win32 encounter a problem'

and after i press don't send error,

it appears

'Remote Procedure Call problem and ask me to save any files and gives me 1 mins countdown time' after 1 mins the computer restart itself

i scan my com on a website and found no virus

The problem you must send the error or two is some one knoe your ip address to get into your computer can be those two or check the settings of your network.
