What is Hibernate vs Standby for question #5

What is the difference between Standbye and Hibernate, and is one better than the other?

In standby mode the pc saves all apps and docs into RAM, whereas in Hibernate they are saved to the hard drive and uses less power from the battery In hibernate mode it will take longer to resume using the pc.
