My computer runs really slow when starting up and also when shutting down or logging off. When I log on I get the same messages or errors. One says something about a run time error out of memory and another says something about my network being down and asks to troubleshoot. I troubleshooted and nothing seemed to work. I basically lost a network connection as well as the internet connection and have had some memory problems. Most of my exsisting programs dont work as well. Do you have any idea on how to help?

The "run time out of memory" error you are getting means you computer is out of memory There is no more memory available and this is why programs won't start up First you need to un-install any programs on your computer that are not needed Then i suggest upgrading your memory If you increase the memory on your pc the performance will be better and the pc will run smoothly.
