Is your computer upgraded recently

My Norton Antivirus 2003 expired. I bought the new 2004 Internet Security and cannot complete installation. File doesnt exsist or tells me it cant access file it selected. I rebooted and still same result. Also, i tried to uninstall the 2003 version because it tells you to prepare your computer for the download and it wont uninstall at all. I want to call Symantec but there only open till 5:00 p.m. I dont get home that soon so i thought id try you guys first. what do you think?

To remove program from the list, delete its key from the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Uninstall

To download the internet security you have to upgrade your software Go to support.microsoft.com for the new upgrades Go to RUN and run the command setup.exe
