AVG shows virus Trojan Horse Back Door VB.9.N in file C:\Restore\Temp\A0007263.CPY which cannot be removed or moved to the virus vault. How do I get rid of it. I have also run Norton and get the same results.

Viruses are are very difficult to remove from your system especially when it is on your hard drive Trojan horse normally disguised itself using applications You may get rid of it and then you see it comes again The only way you can get rid of this, is to scan your hard drive, reformat and reinstall your operating system.

Good Luck!
