Share internet connection using Dial up.

I have a compaq laptop with win98 and i was wondering if there is a way to do a direct conect to my other pc with winxp using a phone chord between the 2 pc's to share an internet connection

You cannot share internet connection using dialup To share internet connection, you need to have DSL service You can use individual computer, but cannot run both at the same time with the same connection.
