Error Message

whenever i try to start my window media player, it gives me the error message. the message says something like " There is some internal error". Could you please sort it out?

This error can caused by conflicting of hardare device drivers or the driver needs to update you can try the following:

1 Go on line and download the new updates and uninstalled the current driver.

2 Rstart your system and then installed the updates and restart your computer and see if that helps.
