RUN and HELP commands missing from Start menu.

RUN and HELP commands missing from Start menu. The were there but disappeared I have opened a shortcut to msconfig but that is all I can access from RUN

Some of the applications are probably corrupted Try this: restart your computer and hit the F8 key and select Safemode and and hit enter This will hepls to restore the configuration.
